How to forward calls on Bell
You can forward just the calls you can't take: when you're on another call, when you don't answer, or when your phone is off. Bell doesn't publish dial codes for it, so you set it up in your phone's settings or by calling Bell.

What Bell charges
Bell charges $0.25 a minute for forwarded calls unless call forwarding is on your plan. Ask Bell for its monthly call forwarding add-on first.
Rates from Bell, checked October 2026-
On Android, open the Phone app, then Settings › Call forwarding (it may be under Supplementary services). Set “When busy”, “When unanswered” and “When unreachable” to the number you want calls to go to.
On iPhone, Settings can only forward every call. Call Bell instead and ask them to forward busy, unanswered and unreachable calls to the number you want calls to go to.
