How to forward calls on Fido
You can forward just the calls you can't take: when you're on another call, when you don't answer, or when your phone is off. On Fido that's three short codes, dialed once from the phone you're forwarding.

What Fido charges
Fido bills forwarded calls by the minute unless you have its call forwarding add-on, and they never come out of your plan's minutes. Ask Fido for the add-on first.

If Fido says a code didn't work, your voicemail is probably in the way. Call Fido and ask them to forward busy, unanswered and unreachable calls to the number you want calls to go to.
- Call your business line from another phone and let it ring. Loopback should pick up.
To turn forwarding off later, dial ##67#, ##61#, ##62#.

- Dial *61*, then the 10-digit number you're forwarding to, then #. For example: *61*4165550123#. Busy calls work the same way with *67*, and calls while your phone is off with *62*.
- How do I turn off call forwarding on Fido?
- Dial ##67#, ##61#, ##62# from the forwarded phone. Calls go back to ringing your phone, then voicemail.
- Will my phone still ring?
- Yes. Conditional forwarding only steps in when you're busy, don't answer, or your phone is off. Every other call rings as usual.
