How to forward calls on Virgin Plus
You can forward just the calls you can't take: when you're on another call, when you don't answer, or when your phone is off. Virgin Plus doesn't publish dial codes for it, so you set it up in your phone's settings or by calling Virgin Plus.

What Virgin Plus charges
Virgin Plus charges 25¢ a minute for forwarded calls unless call forwarding is on your plan. Ask Virgin Plus to add it first.
Rates from Virgin Plus, checked October 2026-
On Android, open the Phone app, then Settings › Call forwarding (it may be under Supplementary services). Set “When busy”, “When unanswered” and “When unreachable” to the number you want calls to go to.
On iPhone, Settings can only forward every call. Call Virgin Plus instead and ask them to forward busy, unanswered and unreachable calls to the number you want calls to go to.
