How to forward calls on Rogers

You can forward just the calls you can't take: when you're on another call, when you don't answer, or when your phone is off. On Rogers that's three short codes, dialed once from the phone you're forwarding.

What Rogers charges

Most Rogers plans include Canada-wide calling, which covers forwarded calls, but Rogers says they can still use airtime. If you're not sure, check your plan before you turn this on.

  1. From your business phone, dial each code below. Wait for the confirmation before the next one.
    • When you're on another call *67*10-digit number#
    • When you don't answer *61*10-digit number#
    • When your phone is off or has no signal *62*10-digit number#

If Rogers says a code didn't work, your voicemail is probably in the way. Call Rogers and ask them to forward busy, unanswered and unreachable calls to the number you want calls to go to.

  2. Call your business line from another phone and let it ring. Loopback should pick up.

To turn forwarding off later, dial ##67#, ##61#, ##62#.
